"With the rise of agentic AI, we have the chance to create a completely new category of software with EVE leading it — one built for the millions of small businesses that power the real economy"

Our Mission
Our mission is simple — to bridge the gap between ordinary small businesses and agentic AI.
We believe that real adoption of AI won't come from enterprises - instead, the next wave of transformation will start in the small business world.
Millions of small businesses — contractors, consultants, agencies, and service providers — still run their businesses with no or very limited use of any automations and AI in general, with unstructured business data scattered across different tools - email, spreadsheets, paper.
EVE exists to change that. We’re bringing the power of autonomous AI to everyday business owners — not through dashboards or complicated workflows, but through the tools they already use every day, starting with their email.
Our goal is to make AI invisible yet indispensable — working quietly in the background, uncovering opportunities, following up on leads, and helping small teams operate with the speed and precision of enterprise sales organizations.ecision of enterprise sales organization

Our Vision
We’re building the default revenue operating system for the next generation of small businesses.
EVE is more than automation — it’s the beginning of a new era where AI acts as an autonomous operator, quietly handling revenue operations in the background so people can focus on what they do best: building relationships, delivering great work, and growing their business.
We believe that in the near future, every small business will have an AI operator like EVE — one that understands how it works, learns from its conversations, and ensures that no opportunity is ever lost again.
03
Why We Exist
EVE exists because small businesses don’t need more leads — they need help closing the ones they already have.
Across industries — from contractors and recruiters to consultants and distributors — most SMBs run their sales entirely through email.
They don’t have time for CRMs or dashboards. They live in their inbox, and somewhere in that flood of messages, 20–30% of potential revenue quietly disappears.
EVE changes that by becoming your AI Revenue Operator — a digital teammate that watches every lead, every conversation, every signal, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks again.

How It All Started
Before founding EVE, Vadim Rogovskiy was building Rebel Capital — an AI-first software HoldCo designed to acquire and modernize traditional SaaS companies using artificial intelligence.
After sixteen years of founding startups — with one exit, one profitable company, and a few hard lessons — Vadim spent several years in venture capital. It was a great vantage point, but something didn’t feel right.
“I didn’t want to spray and pray. I wanted to build. To actually make things better.”
That realization pulled him toward Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) — buying healthy, profitable businesses and using AI to unlock new growth. Along with Hanna Markouskaya, he launched Rebel Capital with a mission to acquire great software companies and make them smarter through automation.
Their first acquisition was Leadature, a Las Vegas–based event management SaaS platform.
When the deal closed, the founder handed over the company’s email credentials — and that moment changed everything.
Inside that inbox was the entire heartbeat of the company: quote requests, leads, customer conversations, invoices, product updates — everything.
Despite having a CRM, most of the real work and revenue signals lived in email threads that were never tracked or followed up on.
Vadim looked for an AI tool that could analyze an inbox and show what was really going on — missed opportunities, forgotten deals, hidden leads. But no such tool existed.
“I was sure something like that existed. Turns out it didn’t.”
So the team built their own prototype. It connected directly to Gmail and Outlook, scanned thousands of emails, and surfaced the conversations that mattered most. In Leadature’s case, EVE immediately uncovered missed leads worth hundreds of thousands of dollars — and helped the team close them.
That was the spark.
It wasn’t just a tool for one business — it was the start of something much bigger: a way to help millions of small businesses recover the revenue already sitting in their inboxes.
That’s how EVE was born — the world’s first Inbox Revenue Engine.
